My stay at Jetwing Warwick Gardens was lovely, with beautiful views of the tea plantations. However, getting there was quite challenging due to the treacherous road. While the accommodations were decent and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, my experience was slightly marred by the limited dining options due to the hotel's isolated location.

Dining options were limited, but the homemade marmalade was good, and the packed breakfasts were plentiful.

Facilities were adequate, including room service and laundry, but nothing stood out as luxurious.

My recent stay at Jetwing Warwick Gardens was a mixed experience. The location is absolutely amazing, surrounded by stunning tea plantations, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. However, reaching the hotel was quite challenging due to the poor road conditions, especially at night. While the food was excellent with a variety of menu options, I did find the rooms to be a bit dark and could use some sprucing up.

The Master Room had beautiful views over the gardens, but felt small and somewhat musty. It lacked that fresh, inviting feel I expected from a luxury accommodation.
Service

The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating, always greeting me with smiles and helpful tips. Special mentions go to Meena, who kept our rooms immaculate, and Vijiy, who was particularly kind during a small issue I faced.
Location

The hotel's remote location offered a amazing view of the surrounding hills and tea fields. It was peaceful, but I would recommend arriving before dark due to the difficult and winding roads.

Dining here was a good experience with excellent food options, including organic ingredients from the hotel gardens. I enjoyed the variety offered, although the menu could be more diverse.
Facilities

The facilities include room service and laundry, but I did find the lack of internet access a bit inconvenient. The overall ambiance, though charming, showed signs of aging.

The hotel is situated in a remote area with amazing scenery; however, the path leading up can be quite treacherous, especially after dark. It's best to arrive before sunset to truly appreciate the surroundings.

I had a lovely stay at Jetwing Warwick Gardens, immersed in beautiful surroundings and well cared for by the friendly staff. The location is picturesque, surrounded by tea plantations; however, accessing the hotel can be quite tricky, especially on a rainy day. While the dining experience was nice, the communal setting might not be for everyone, and some facilities could use an upgrade.

Rooms

My room was charming but had a few drawbacks – it felt small and dark, and the plumbing could be improved. I appreciate the traditional aesthetic, but the lack of rugs on the cold stone floor was uncomfortable during my stay.
Service

The staff was excellent and genuinely friendly. They went above and beyond, offering free tea and coffee service and even packing a breakfast for my driver. It contributed significantly to my experience.
Location

This hotel is indeed in a beautiful and secluded location among tea plantations. However, getting there is a bit of an adventure, with narrow and challenging roads that require a capable driver, especially at night.
Dining

I enjoyed the communal dining experience, particularly the freshly sourced food. However, I found the menu somewhat limited, and the atmosphere could vary depending on the other guests dining with you.
Facilities
5.0
While the atmosphere is lovely, the facility's overall maintenance needs attention. For example, the bathroom had some plumbing issues and could use an upgrade.

I had an very nice stay at Jetwing Warwick Gardens, which is truly a hidden gem nestled high in the mountains. The views were amazing, and the ambience of the hotel's surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind. Although the road to reach the hotel can be tricky, the luxurious accommodations and excellent service more than made up for it. I wasn't able to stay longer, but I hope to return soon to enjoy more of this lovely place.
